At House of Patch, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully:
1. Damaged Products
Refunds are only applicable for products received in a damaged condition. To process such requests, customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof showing the damaged product at the time of opening the package.
All requests are subject to a quality check by our team. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
2. Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests made after this period will not be accepted.
4. Return to Origin (RTO) Orders
If an order is shipped and returned to us (RTO) due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or customer unavailability, no refund will be issued.
In such cases, the cost of production and both-way shipping (delivery and return) will be deducted.
5. Re-shipping of RTO Orders
If a customer wishes to have their order re-shipped after it has been returned to us, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged.
Customers will be informed that delivery was attempted three times, and the order was returned due to unavailability at the delivery location.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
At House of Patch, we strive to deliver high-quality stickers. If you face any issues with your order, we are here to assist you.
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged

The sticker sheet is defective or has come off improperly

In case of a size mismatch from our end (for example, if you ordered a 3-inch sticker but received a 5-inch sticker), only the cost of that particular sticker will be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Important:
A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request related to damaged or defective products.
Refunds
