Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – House of Patch
At House of Patch, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to provide a convenient shopping experience. Please review the terms below:
COD Availability
- COD is available across India on select eligible PIN codes only.
- Availability may vary depending on serviceability and delivery feasibility in your area.
- In some cases, the COD option may not appear at checkout if your location is not eligible.
Partial Payment Requirement
- For all COD orders, a partial advance payment of ₹100 is required to confirm the order.
- This step has been implemented to reduce fake or non-serious orders and ensure smooth processing.
COD Charges
- A flat COD fee of ₹50 is applicable on all COD orders.
- This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Payment at Delivery
The remaining order amount can be paid at the time of delivery via:
- Cash, or
- UPI / Online Payment
Important Guidelines
- COD is more reliably available in Tier 1 cities, while in Tier 2 and other locations, availability depends on the specific PIN code.
- If COD is not available in your area, customers are encouraged to choose Prepaid Orders, which offer:
- Free shipping on orders of ₹235 or above
- Faster order processing and dispatch
Abuse Policy
- Repeated order refusals, fake orders, or misuse of the COD facility may result in COD being permanently disabled for the customer.
